WHERE DOES CARLA AMANING SHIP?

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
We currently offer USPS overnight express mail and 2-3 day priority mail for domestic orders.
HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER CAN I EXPECT FOR IT TO SHIP?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be processed the next business day.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your USPS tracking number.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
Shipping rates are as follows:
Flat rate shipping rate for all USPS 2-3 days priority mail ( within 2-3 business days, once order has been processed): $5
USPS EXPRESS (1 business day, once order has been processed): $25
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from CARLA AMANING to your shipping address.
Once the package has been delivered at your specified address, it is no longer covered. No signature is required unless special shipping is requested
REFUND POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are happy to offer free returns for US customers. Orders are eligible for a refund if:
• items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged
• all labels and tags are attached and in their original condition
• request for return is made within 10 days of receipt of your order
• items are purchased on CARLAAMANING.com
• items are returned with original packaging, including any boxes, and other signature packaging materials.
To begin the return process, please email CUSTOMERCARE@CARLAAMANING.COM with your order number. We will then send you an RA document to be included in your package with a return-shipping label and instructions.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed or canceled. In the event that we have to cancel your order because merchandise you have selected is out of stock, we will contact you with a follow-up email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once the returned package is received at our warehouse, the return process will take up to 2 weeks for the funds to be restored to your account.
We do not offer a refund of original shipping fees.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX FOR MY PURCHASE?
For US residents, sales tax is calculated by the state in which you reside. Currently, sales tax on items is only applicable to shipments in NY that are greater than $100.00. International residents are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
